Vendor Registration - 2020 Expo Dates

Join us as a vendor at one of our amazing Embracing Your Journey Expos. 
2020 finds us at two amazing locations :
Sheraton Crescent Hotel - 
2620 W Dunlap Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85021
Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort - 7677 N 16th St, Phoenix, AZ 85020

Fill out and submit the Vendor Registration Request Form below.
We will review your registration and invoice you via PayPal within 48 -72 business hours.
Space is limited to first come first served and is only confirmed with payment. Click here to sign up for our Vendor Mailing List so you can be the first to know about upcoming Expos.


In order to ensure a variety of services for the guests we reserve the right to limit the number of similar services / products.

    Vendor Registration Form - 2020

    Select Your Booth Type. Standard booth spaces are $125 for a 6 ft x 5 ft. booth space. Prime locations are located in the spacious lobby. Very limited Prime location booths are available. If not available you will be invoiced for a standard booth. Changes to booth request (table vs no table) may result in a change fee of $50.

    THIS IS A 2 DAY EVENT SATURDAY & SUNDAY. Select Your Booth Type. Standard booth spaces are $250 for a 6 ft x 5 ft. booth space. Changes to booth request (table vs no table) may result in a change fee of $50. Discount block of hotel space will be available for vendors to purchase, details will be given closer to the Expo date.

    Electricity does not guarantee a wall space. Vendors are responsible for bringing an extension cord to reach the outlet. Program Booklet Advertising rates are for B&W only ads. Ad must be submitted via email to info@purplelotusproductions.com at least 2 weeks prior to the Expo date in print ready JPG or PNG format. We do not create or design any ads. Ad sizes are : Business Card - 2" X 3" Half Page - 4.5" X 3.5" Full Page - 4.5" X 7.5" Ad space is non - refundable. Swag Bag - 100 tangible items, can not be paper advertisements. Business cards should be attached to every tangible item. Swag Bag items are due no later than 2 weeks prior to the Expo date.
    Please include any special requests. We can not guarantee they will be accommodated but we make every effort to do so.
    Please list all products and/or services you will offer at the Expo. In order to create a well rounded Expo we did limit the number of similar items. As such you may be advised that only certain products/services are approved and you will not be able to offer anything other than what is listed without prior approval.
    Lectures - If you would like to be considered for a lecture spot please include your desired lecture topic below. Lecture spots are assigned approximately 2 months prior to the event at the sole discretion of Purple Lotus Productions.  If you would like to do a lecture at multiple Expo's you must have different topics for each Expo. 
    You must submit your desired lecture topic to be considered for a lecture spot. If you are requesting a lecture space at more than 1 Expo you must have different lecture topics for each Expo.

    Read Files Below & Acknowledge

    Once you click submit you will see a confirmation screen stating we have received your registration. Once we have reviewed and approved we will send you a PayPal Invoice for your booth fees. If you do not see the confirmation screen check for highlighted fields above indicating missing information.
