Increasing Your Energy by Michelle Heather Have you ever walked into a room and noticed your emotions immediately changed and you did not know why. What happened is that you came into an agreement with a group agreement. Group agreements happen when two or more people come together and agree on something. This agreement can be conscious and or un conscious. We will walk through the emotions of group agreements as well as how to release the group agreements. We will then learn how to use these same emotions with ourselves to increase our energy levels. |
